What Jack realises, what he's been realising pretty much since the day they met is that he trusts Poison. That, while he's chaotic and dangerous, he always won't hurt him. Jack gets that and that makes it easy to relax as Poison touches him a way that he's never even imagined being touched. He squirms his hips, rocking slowly between Poison's mouth and his hand.
