"Eat your food," says Jack gently. "And then you can take me back to bed and do obscene things to me all afternoon."

Poison snorts. "Yeah we'll see about that." He pulls the food closer and picks up his fork.

Suddenly he's not feeling very obscene. He's feeling something very different.

"It's vegetarian," says Jack, apologetically. "I know it's not what you prefer."

Poison rolls his eyes, smiling. "Oh no, it's good food. I'll survive." He lightly kicks Jack under the table.

Jack smirks, wielding his chopsticks expertly.

"We don't have to go back to bed. But I'd like to."

"Oh I didn't say no to going back to bed, don't put words in my mouth," he says with a point of his fork.

"Just giving you the option," says Jack, holding up his free hand in surrender.

"Uh huh." Poison gives him a suspicious look, then winks. When he's done, he nudges the empty box back towards Jack. "Want anything to drink?"

He keeps himself fairly hydrated these days. Now that he can.

"Just water," says Jack, leaning back in his chair and scratching his bare belly absently. "Please."

Poison maybe states at Jack a little before he gets them both glasses of water. He delivers Jack's but doesn't sit again, just kinda leans on Jack.

"If you join us for dinner... Any requests?"

Jack takes the water, sipping it before he shakes his head.

"Nope," he says, slipping his arm around Poison's waist. He glances up at him. "You sure?" This might be a thing but Dee? She's Poison's kid and Jack knows how much that counts for.

And rightly so.

"Yeah I'm sure. I don't know how else to get her to see how awesome you are except for you to be around." He shrugs, skimming his fingers over Jack's shoulder and up the side of his neck.

"Maybe I ought to invest in Kevlar," says Jack, his fingers slipping under the hem of Poison's tshirt to skim against his skin in the small of his back.

Poison rolls his eyes and bumps Jack with his hip. "Don't be dramatic. She's not that bad... Is she?"

"I don't know, man. You should see the way she looks at me." He shakes his head. "I'm fucking with you. She reminds me of Bex, a little."

"Yeah? How so?" He lifts an eyebrow. "Hopefully not the part where you were into her. That's a scene I just can't get behind."

He's fucking with Jack right back.

"What? You mean you don't want to share me?" Says Jack, shooting Poison a flat look that dissolves into a smirk.

"Little, fierce. I'm sincerely concerned she's going to cut me if I piss her off."

"Well we just won't let her near any knives," he quips. He kisses the top of Jack's head. "She's like Ghoul that way. Tiny, fierce."

"What are you even doing with me, boo?" he asks, turning in his chair so that he can clip his other arm around Poison's waist. "You've clearly got a type."

"Ghoul wasn't a type he was an experience," he says with a snorted laugh. He eases closer to Jack and leans in to kiss him. "You're my experience right now. You're my type."

Slow, warm heat floods Jack's cheeks when Poison says that, when he leans down to kiss him. Jack's hand comes up to cradle the side of his face.

"Ready to go back to bed?"

"Yeah, if you're done eating." He smiles and gives Jack another light kiss. "Also, if I had a type, you'd still totally fit in it, because apparently tattoos are a big part of it."

Jack lets Poison kiss him and then he straightens up, curling his arms around Poison's waist, tugging their bodies in close for a moment as he bends to kiss him more thoroughly.

"I'm glad you like them," he murmurs. "Maybe I ought to get more."

Poison grips Jack's shoulders through the kiss, because.. yeah. That was nice. "I'll come watch," he offers, grinning when Jack pulls back to talk.

"What do you think I ought to get?" asks Jack, nudging Poison back a step towards the bedroom.
