Poison's eyes snap open after the kiss, and he can't hide the euphoria on his face. Looking at Jack somehow makes it worse, harder to hold out. He ducks his head down, just for a second. His hair gets in the way, but he tries to look at Jack again as his back arches.

It hits him kind of suddenly and he comes with a sharp little cry, tensing on top of Jack.
