He bends his head to press a kiss against the corner of Poison's mouth and
then, abruptly, he takes his hand off him, reaching for his cellphone. He
lies back against the pillows and takes his time writing a text to Girl,
asking her if she wouldn't mind staying out until the afternoon. She texts
back almost straight away, telling him she doesn't want to know but she'll
stay out until he tells her to come home.
"She's going to stay out until we tell her to come home," murmurs Jack, his
mouth close to Poison's ear. "So you can be my toy all through the
morning. Naked on your hands and knees."
